Distillates:

Komovica – Komovica brandy has been traditionally produced on the farm for decades according to the original recipe. The base for Komovica brandy is Kom of Istrian Malvasia grapes. After fermentation, the Koma is distilled in a copper pot, and the final product is a traditional Istrian brandy also known by the Italian name Grappa.

Plum brandy – Plum brandy (plujovica) is a traditional Croatian distillate obtained by distilling fermented fleshy pitted plums.

Gin VIII – Gin is a distilled alcoholic beverage produced from plum brandy and flavored with herbs. It is best known for its juniper flavor due to its main ingredient, juniper berries.

Special brandies minimum 37.5% vol

Ruda – Ruda is included in the category of special brandies. The base for Rudu brandy is plum brandy enriched with twigs of ore (lat. Ruta graveolens). Ruda brandy has a characteristic light greenish color, and the taste and aroma are characteristic of the ore plant.

Travarica – Travarica is included in the category of special brandies. The base for Travarica brandy is plum brandy enriched with wild aromatic herbs harvested in the Istrian region. Herb brandy has a characteristic light greenish color, and the taste and aroma are characteristic of the herbs that have macerated in the komovica.

Biska – Biska is classified as a special brandy. The base for Biska brandy is a komovica enriched with mistletoe leaves (Latin: Viscum album) harvested in the Istrian region. Biska brandy has a characteristic light greenish to brown color, and the taste and aroma are characteristic of Biska.

Liqueurs:

Fig – The base for fig liqueur is komovica enriched with dried fig fruits. Fig has a characteristic golden-orange color, and the taste and aroma are characteristic of dried fig fruits.

Sour cherry – The base for sour cherry liqueur is komovica enriched with ripe sour cherry fruits. Sour cherry has a characteristic dark burgundy color, and the taste and aroma are characteristic of sour cherry.

Walnut – The base for walnut liqueur is komovica enriched with green walnut fruits. Walnut has a characteristic dark black color, and the taste and aroma are characteristic of walnut.

Olive – The base for olive liqueur is komovica enriched with ripe olive fruits. Olive has a characteristic dark burgundy color, and the taste and aroma are characteristic of olive.

Lemon – The base for lemon liqueur is komovica enriched with lemon peel. Lemon has a characteristic light yellow color, and the taste and aroma are characteristic of lemon.

Medica is a liqueur produced from the base of komovica with honey maceration.

Teranino is a liqueur produced from a comovica base with maceration with teran and spices.

Kruškovac is a liqueur produced from a komovica base and pear aroma.

 

Extra virgin olive oils

Selection – The Selection olive oil blend is a precisely balanced blend of four olive varieties: Istarska bijelica, pendolino, frantoio and leccino. This olive oil is harmonious, with pronounced fruity notes and a fresh grassy scent, while bitterness and spiciness are moderate.

Monovarietal extra virgin olive oils

Istarska bijelica – Istarska bijelica is an indigenous Istrian olive variety. The fruits are green, and the plant is resistant to diseases and pests and very well adapted to the growing conditions characteristic of the Istrian region. The olive oil has a pronounced bitterness and spiciness, and an intense scent of fresh grass.

Leccino – Leccino is an Italian olive variety, grown in the northern part of Italy, which has very similar climatic conditions to Istria, which allows for the successful cultivation of this variety without the use of pesticides. Leccino produces black fruits. Olive oils from the Leccino variety are mild, harmonious, extremely fruity, with a slight spiciness and bitterness.

Frantoio – Frantoio is an Italian olive variety, which has been successfully grown in the Istrian region for years without the use of pesticides. Frantoio produces greenish-yellow to black fruits. Frantoio olive oil is spicy with a pronounced scent of fresh grass.
